Office Parties

An office party is an important event for any company, whether it's a competative business that sells Toronto waterfront condos and townhouses or a factory making sewage pumps. It is a time when staff can gather outside of the usual constraints and get to know one another, and it usually leads to a greater cohesiveness. Throwing those parties can be quite stressful on the organizer, however, as the different needs of a lot of different people (who you see every day!) have to be considered. Minimize the alcohol! Odds are that most of the employees, and even management, will expect the spirits to flow freely at the party. However, it is important to remember that everyone will have to see each other again once the weekend is over. It might not be popular, but limit that amount of alcohol at the office party itself.
